Music star turn politician, Banky W has declare his intention to run for a seat in the house of representatives.
The actor who had made this announcement on his social media on Friday 1st, April 2022, stating that he will be running under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as their candidate.

He wrote;
Banky W will be running for a seat in the lower house this time, under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
We must engage with Nigeria where it is, not where we prefer for it to be. In 2019, we planted the seed. In 2023, by the grace of God, and with your support, we will win the seat. The time for just talking is over. It’s time to #TalkAndDo. I hope I can count on you. We move,” he captioned the video.

The singer-turned politician and activist will be declaring his intentions on Saturday, April 2, at Eti Osa Local Government Area of Lagos state.
It would be recalled that the singer had ran for the position in 2018 but lost to Ibrahim Obanikoro of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
