She included some pictures of her son, Wren Alexander Stephens, in the post along with an explanation of why she chose to explore surrogacy.

Teigen recalled the anguish she felt after the death of her son Jack in 2020, who passed away as a result of problems with her pregnancy.

After her son passed away, she claimed she was “unsure” whether she could have children on her own again.

“We are shocked, and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Teigen said in the post at the time of their loss.

“We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”

John Legend had previously disclosed the pair had welcomed their daughter, Esti, during a private concert earlier this year.
