“Junior Pope’s burial poster wasn’t authorized by us” – Family fumes

The family of the late actor, Junior Pope, has issued a statement addressing the viral burial poster circulating online.

Glamsquad reported that reported a few days ago that the family of the late actor released his funeral arrangements. The late actor will be laid to rest on May 17th, 2024, in his hometown in Enugu state.

Netizens noted the absence of the term ‘husband’ on the obituary poster, sparking speculation. Prior to his passing, Junior Pope was married to Jennifer Awele, with whom he shares three sons.

His family has spoken out, clarifying that the circulating burial poster was not authorized by them. They emphasized the need for corrections on the poster and requested the public’s assistance in removing it.

“Dear Junior Pope Fans, I wanted to bring to your attention that the current poster of our late brother Junior Pope displayed needs some corrections.The family has requested your assistance in bringing it down.They mentioned that the revised version will be released soon.

“Thank you for your understanding and cooperation”.
