Nollywood veteran actress, Sidikat Odukanwi, better known as Iyabo Oko is dead.
According to reports, the actress died on Wednesday evening, 29th June 2023.
Iyabo Oko, who had been absent from the movie scene for several years, had been battling with poor health, which tragically resulted in her untimely passing.
Though much details about her death hasn’t been made known, her daughter, Bisi Aisha, confirmed the news of her death.
She wrote,
“May ur soul Rest in Peace Mummy”.
Iya Oko ressurate hours after being declared dead
In 2022, Iya Oko ressurated back to life after she was declared dead.
The seasoned actress, who had been confined to her bed for more than five years, passed away on Wednesday, 5th January 2022, only to reawaken approximately three hours later during the early hours of Thursday, 6th January 2022.
It was reported that the actress moved her hand after being confirmed dead.
Then, her daughter who shared the news of her death too to Instagram to share the update on her mother’s resurrection.
