The Africa Fashion Week Nigeria is a 3-day event which started on 7th September at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotels & Suits, Victoria Island, Lagos will come to a close today, 9th September 2022.

African Fashion Week Nigeria was kick-started in 2014 by Princess Ronke Ademiluyi. It has been recognised as a sister event to Lagos Fashion Week which will hold on 26th -29th October 2022.
The event showcases emerging designers with creative talents, connecting them with established designers and stakeholders in the fashion industry. Some of the designers showcasing their collection include Atoke Atelier, Asooke by Minaladi, Anasam Collection, Kola Kuddus, Lordiva, Demi Clothings, Helms, Modesty Signature, Max Chidera, Glue by Nasir Elias, and IK Pen.
AFWN also features runway show with over 60 designers, Adire Challenge powered by Tour Nigeria, African brands, musical performances, an exhibition marketplace, a raffle draw, award presentation and a mind-blowing master class with the queen of fashion Toyin Lawani.
Celebrities including Denrele Edun, Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Blessing CEO, Adeola Diiadem, WhiteMoney, Broshaggi and many have been present at the event to talk about life-changing opportunities.
It is worth noting that the master class will feature a scholarship for 5 lucky winners.
