Nigerian Feminist and writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie as been in the news alot lately for her take on the political issues we are facing and for her take on feminism but it comes with great joy as she lands the role as the newest face of drugstore beauty line Boots N°7.
In the simple commercial, Chimamanda wears a pale gold swing dress, while she walks through a field, sharing her thoughts on what make up is. Her signature natural hair properly styled,with subtle makeup on.
“Then I woke up, and I saw in full color, full confidence again because the truth is makeup doesn’t actually mean anything. It’s simply makeup. It’s about how I feel when I get it right, what makes me happy when I look in the mirror.”
