Timi Dakolo calls Minister of Environment, Amina Mohammed, a Lizard!

Just recently, the Minister of Environment, Amina Mohammed took to Tweeter to inform the world that she had actually invited Timi Dakolo to perform at the Ogoni Clean Up inauguration Ceremony but that the talented artiste turned down her offer.
According to her tweet, she said: “A big thank you to all who contributed to the success of Ogoni cleanup launch. I only wish Timi Dakolo accepted our invitation to perform.”
Many Nigerians have since reacted to the issue, and surprisingly they all seem to take sides with Timi. They believed that Timi had the right to choose not to attend a function and there was no need to make any big deal out of it and that his action doesn’t mean he is less Nigerian or unpatriotic.
An aggrieved fan even sparked a new toll of conversation after hitting at the minister for choosing to publicize Timi Dakolo’s absence on social media but failing to talk about the noticeable absence of president Buhari who was billed to chair the ceremony. Everyone was surprised at the much publicized event to see the Vice President representing the President again after he cancelled his engagement at the dying minute without any concrete reason (like he did the previous week on his supposed Lagos Visit).
Timi Dakolo himself has replied o the Minister’s tweet and among many things written an analogy that portrays the Minister as a lizard and himself, an falcon.
Below are his tweets:
