Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, the Emir of Kano, has married a second wife, Hauwa’u Adamu Abdullahi Dikko, glamsquad reports.

The monarch’s marriage to his long-term girlfriend was announced late last year.
The 60-year-old monarch has only had one wife for more than three decades, and they have four children together.
According to reports, the wedding took place on Friday, January 6, at the residence of the late Jarman Kano, Professor Isah Hashim, which is located at Nasarawa GRA in the state.
During the marriage rites, the Madakin Kano, Alhaji Yusuf Nabahani Ibrahim, represented the groom’s family, while Alhaji Shehu Hashim represented the bride’s.

Makaman Bichi, Alhaji Isyaku Umar Tofa, and Sarkin Dawaki Mai Tuta were among those who attended the wedding.
The bride is said to be a direct descendant of Malam Jamo, a brother of Kano’s late emir, Ibrahim Dabo.
