Courtney Clenney, 26, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Christian Obumseli following a fight on April 3 that resulted in Christian’s death.

Clenney’s attorneys have claimed that the social media influencer killed Christian in self-defense.

Clenney can be heard saying on newly released bodycam footage of an incident on Friday, April 1, two days before Christian’s death, on footage recorded by a City of Miami police officer and obtained by WSVN: “[He was], you know, stalking me.”

“I’m requesting a restraining order against Christian Obumseli.”

The video also shows a security guard in her apartment complex telling cops that Obumseli, 27, launched an attack on Clenney in the lobby of the high-rise building.

“We get down here to the lobby area, and her boyfriend charges towards her,” the guard says in the video.

According to one of Clenney’s attorneys, Frank Prieto, the video shows Obumseli as the abuser and Clenney as the victim in the relationship.

Clenney was arrested four months after the fatal stabbing inside the couple’s luxury home while she was in rehab in Hawaii.

The boyfriend and girlfriend fought frequently, to the point where building managers considered evicting them.

When asked if Clenney had been physically abused prior to the stabbing, Clenney’s other attorney, Sabrina Puglisi, told WSVN that she had photos to prove her client was injured.

“She was fighting for her life,” Prieto added to the news station. “She defended herself, and he died, but she defended herself with every ounce of energy she had left.”

He previously stated that Clenney was forced to stab him after grabbing her throat.

Prieto stated after Clenney’s arrest that the couple had been dating for less than two years and were estranged at the time of the murder.
