American singer, Madonna Louise Ciccone, or simply Madonna’s eldest brother, Anthony Ciccone’s cause of death has been revealed.
According to his death certificate, Anthony Ciccone died throat cancer and respiratory failure. He passed away in February at the age of 66.
Ciccone specifically battled oropharyngeal cancer, which is frequently brought on by smoking cigarettes.

The death certificate expressly states that Ciccone’s usage of tobacco contributed to his demise.
Despite his strained relationship with his family, Ciccone reportedly always relied on the singer for financial support when he needed it for medical expenses.
According to a source, most of Antony’s family members had a difficult relationship with him due to his excessive consumption of alcohol.
“Madonna helped to support her brother when he would accept that support. During his final months, he was in contact with family and Madonna, but this past week, he refused the support the rehab facility offered, and it was clear he was ready to move on,” the insider added.
