Kizz Daniel shut down Qatar 2022 with thrilling performance

Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel thrills his fans with a great performance at Qatar 2022 World Cup on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old, who finally performed at the World Cup on Wednesday after months of suspense, wowed the audience with his hit songs ‘Buga’ and ‘Cough,’ leaving the fans wanting more.

Kizz Daniel began his set with a freestyle of some of his older songs before moving on to the main tracks scheduled for the event.

The artist then sang his recent song ‘Cough,’ followed by ‘Buga,’ which had the audience roaring as they joined him for the famous Buga position.

Kizz Daniel also shared clips of his performance at the event on his Instagram page on Wednesday, thanking his fans all over the world.

He wrote: “AS A NAIJA BOY SAY THANK YOU AFRICA THANK YOU WORLD.”

Kizz Daniel, born Daniel Anidugbe, voiced his wish to sing his hit song ‘Buga’ at the World Cup before being named one of the event’s headliners.

Kizz Daniel stated this in a tweet on June 23 following the release of the music video, which was an instant success.

He wrote: “God I want to perform BUGA for World Cup with a mass choir help me say amen #qatar2022worldcup.”

Other performers at Al Bayt Stadium include American DJ Thomas Wesley, better known as Diplo, who will perform today, November 22, Canadian actress, dancer, and singer Nora Fatehi, who will perform on November 29 after Kizz Daniel, American singer and songwriter Trinidad Cardona, who will perform on December 1, and award-winning DJ Calvin Harris, who will perform on December 10.
