Oluwatobiloba Anidugbe aka Kizz Daniel, a popular Nigerian musician, was arrested in Tanzania after failing to appear on stage for a previously scheduled performance, glamsquad reports.

Kizz Daniel was allegedly apprehended by authorities after failing to perform at his own concert on August 7th, in violation of his contract.
The singer, who had arrived in the country on the day of the event, reportedly declined to perform because his clothes were unavailable.
In a video posted online, fans can be seen vandalizing the performance venue and leaving in annoyance after Daniel failed to appear.
Some of them filed complaints online, claiming to have paid up to $5,000 for tables just to see the singer perform live.
Tanzanian authorities arrested the singer at his hotel and took him to the Oysterbay Police Station.

Reactions to Tanzanian Police Arresting Singer Kizz Daniel
Nigerians on Twitter chastised the musician for his attitude toward live performances, urging him and his management to improve.
“Kizz Daniel does it in Nigeria, arrives late for shows & na beg he go just beg,” tweeted @Poojamedia. If he brings a Naija mentality into Tanzania, dem will arrest him.”
“The last time I said Kizz Daniel needs to fix up,” said @Olamide0fficial. Some people came looking for my head. Here we are once more. Never is talent enough. If something is causing these ongoing problems, it must be addressed.”
“Na everytime Kizz Daniel dey get concert issue, now them don arrest am for Tanzania,” said @ AsiwajuLerry. His management team is doing nothing to help his career.”
Last month, the singer was booed off the stage after arriving four hours late for a show in the United States.
He later apologized on social media, blaming the delay on his passport being held at the US Consulate.
