In divorce settlement, Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian the $4.5 million house he bought next door to her own, glamsquad reports.
According to the divorce settlement obtained by TMZ, Ye will transfer title to Kim’s 3,650 square foot, 5-bedroom home, and she will now be responsible for all property expenses.
Recall Kanye stated that he purchased the house to be close to his children, but the divorce settlement states that they will have equal access to the children, so he decided to give it up in their settlement.
Kanye will also keep his $60 million beachfront home in Malibu, two ranches in Wyoming, 300 acres in Calabasas, a home in Belgium, and his childhood home in Chicago, according to the settlement.

Kanye will pay $200k in child support per month, and they will split education and security costs for the children.
Kim will keep her Idaho property and the $60 million Hidden Hills estate where she and her children live.
