Embattled singer, Naira Marley has restated that he wasn’t in Nigeria when his ex-signee, late Mohbad passed away.
In an interview with writer and former politician, Reno Omokri, the singer stated that he has no hand in. Mohbad’s death.
Reno Omokri asked Naira Marley if he was involved in Mohbad’s death. the controversial artist, quickly said he wasn’t even in the country when it happened.
He shared a voice message from a week before Mohbad passed away to prove they were on good terms.
The voice recording revelation has led to more speculations. Some people online are wondering if this means Naira Marley planned something in advance or if it was just a lucky thing that he had that recording.

Nigerians are suspicious because they think having proof of them being friends might be a way for Naira Marley to clear his name and not be blamed for anything.
