When your skin starts to peel off it mostly is because of a fungal infection, allergy, immune system disorder, cancer e.t.c.
Although in some cases, the peeling of skin is not a genetic disorder or anything close. It could be because the skin has received a lot of sun, wind, dryness or heat.

Here are ways to control your skin from peeling;
1. Use a face moisturiser and stay hydrated
A good moisturiser will help to lock in moisture and prevent dryness. Also, drink a lot of water.
2. Avoid antibacterial soaps
When your skin is dry, you might be tempted to double down on antibacterial soaps – don’t. They all contain alcohol that are are bad for your dry skin.

3. Ensure to stay hydrated
When the body is not hydrated you notice your skin starts to peel as a result of dryness in the body.
The body needs water to survive else you will shut down.
