Dammy Krane continues to drag Davido despite cease and desist order

Embattled singer, Dammy Krane has reacted following a cease and desist order he received from music star, Davido’s lawyer.

Glamsquad reported hours ago that Davido’s lawyer gave Dammy Krane 24 hours to retract all offensive publications against Davido on his social media handles.

He was  asked to refrain from further publication of defamatory statements against Davido on any platform or risk facing legal actions. Read here

Undeterred by the lawsuit, Dammy Krane claimed to have witnessed Davido’s actions towards the late Tagbo, who was his friend.

In a since-deleted tweet, he wrote,

“BTW @policeNG I’m a witness to what Davido did to Tagbo. No peace for the wicked. Justice for Tagbo”.

In another tweet, he threw shade at Davido’s lawyer after a Twitter user noted how the singer’s lawyer sued his babymama, Sophia Momodu a day back and now threatening legal action against Dammy Krane.

Reacting, Dammy noted how the lawyer was only trying to collect money from Davido to show he is working.

“Lawyer wey just wa collect money to dey shout “I put it to you”. E don dey push Davido go where e no know”.

A few months ago, Dammy alleged that the music star uses his billionaire status and wealth to conceal his wrongdoing. He claimed that Davido instructed Tagbo, a member of his crew, to consume 40 shots of Tequila on his 40th birthday and left him in a car until he passed away.

For years, Davido and Dammy Krane have been in conflict after the latter accused him of owing money.

In response, Davido pointed out his past support for Dammy Krane, such as providing him with accommodation when needed. Nonetheless, Dammy Krane insisted that this assistance does not nullify the financial debt owed to him.

Over time, this dispute has escalated, with Dammy Krane frequently using social media to criticize Davido, alleging him to be a chronic debtor. He even recounted a harrowing near-fatal incident at a Lagos nightclub last year, claiming the singer nearly attempted to harm him.
