Afrobeats singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid has disclosed that his sixth studio album will be dedicated to his late mother, Mrs. Jane Morayo Balogun.
Wizkid disclosed this n a video shared on his social media on his Instagram story. He stated that the album titled ‘Morayo’ in honor of his mother, will be released soon.
The ‘Mummy Mi’ crooner while stepping out of a private jet said,
“My album ‘Morayo’, dedicated to my mum, the love of my life, drops very soon. Don’t dull. Don’t sleep.”

Glamsquad recalls that Wizkid lost his mother on 18th August 2023 in London. She was laid to rest on 13th October 2023.
The father of four couldn’t hold back his pain. On his Instagram story, he stated that it hurts deeply to loose his mum and also noted that the pain is profound.
