Toke Makinwa’s Banana Island House ‘Repossessed’ By AMCON

Ongoing reports say that media personality and entrepreneur, Toke Makinwa has allegedly lost her house in Banana Island to Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).

This piece of information peddled by Gistmerchant blog on Instagram say that the house was a gift from Toke’s “sugar daddy”, Lagos-based oil and gas businessman, Dr Festus Fadeyi, whose indebtedness to AMCON is over N240 billion.

Toke Makinwa is a Nigerian radio personality, television host, vlogger, lifestyle entrepreneur and author. She is known for hosting The Morning Drive on Rhythm 93.7 FM and for her YouTube vlog series Toke Moments. She released her book On Becoming in November 2016.

Recall that earlier this month, AMCON had taken position of Fadeyi’s Pan Ocean Oil Corporation Nigeria Limited, its affiliate companies and other properties, over an unpaid debt.

Recall that also recently Toke had announced that she had bought herself her dream house in Banana Island.
