Chelsea Lazkani, star of ‘Selling Sunset,’ has filed for divorce from her husband, Jeff Lazkani.
The Nigerian-British Netflix actor, who has been with the show for a few seasons, has filed for divorce from her husband, citing irreconcilable differences as the official reason. Chelsea does not appear to know the precise date of separation, putting it as “To Be Disclosed”.
Chelsea and Jeff have two small children together, Melia (3 years old) and Maddox (5 years old), and Chelsea’s divorce paperwork indicate that she wants shared physical and legal custody with her former spouse.
Chelsea is seeking spousal support, but she is not requesting that the court terminate Jeff’s capacity to seek alimony. The documents make no explicit mention of a prenup, but it is unclear whether they have another sort of arrangement.
Chelsea also claims that the distribution of their assets must be settled in court.
The ex-couple has been married since 2017, and they met on Tinder. Jeff has appeared on the programme during Chelsea’s stint on ‘Sunset,’ and while he is not a big character, he does appear occasionally in Chelsea’s on-screen life.
