Rema, a Mavin Records and Jonzing star, has responded to Do2dtun, an OAP and hypeman, over the recent saga of calling DJ Neptune out.
Rema accused prolific Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Neptune, of dropping an old song they did together without following due process or consulting him in a lengthy rant today, November 26th, 2021.
Rema went on a lengthy Twitter rant to express his dissatisfaction with the way DJ Neptune released the song without his permission.

Do2dtun responded to Rema’s reaction by saying that the young singer, songwriter, and performer should have taken a different approach. He posted on his Twitter account:
I love Rema alot. I hosted his first ever listening. He just needs to find a better approach on things like this. You all recorded this together, we were not there. He also needs to address things with his representatives. Trust me, this won’t be more than a mere miscommunication.
Rema quickly responded to the OAP, stating that he wasn’t trying to be disrespectful, but was simply upset that his art had been released without permission. Rema stated:
OG we didn’t record it together, neither was I paid, neither did I sign any document, neither did the producer ask for my consent before releasing my stems. I was crossed, I’m not a hot head, I’m just a kid vouching for my Art that’s all, I’m not a disrespectful person.
DJ Neptune just released ‘Greatness 2.0,’ the second volume of his debut album. Laycon, Mr Eazi, Patoranking, Bella Shmurda, Adekunle Gold, Blaqbonez, and Rema are among the artists featured on the 16-track project.
