Years after his father’s passing, Abdulmalik Uthman, son to Davido’s former Personal Assistant, Obama DMW, has graduated from the university as an Engineer.
Abdulmalik Uthman, recently graduated from Adeleke University, Osun State, with a BSc in Engineering.
Taking to his Instagram page to share the goodnews, the young Engineer, noted that the journey was though but he made it.
He expressed gratitude to his mother for her support, while stating that his father will be happy where he is. Read also
He wrote,
“It was a Difficult Journey but I made it. Bachelor of Engineering. Popsi will be like…” yo-yo that’s my son o, he is now a graduate….” and I really want to use this medium to appreciate my sweet beautiful mother”.
Obama DMW was Davido’s personal assistant before his passing in 2021. He was reportedly experiencing difficulty in breathing and drove himself to the hospital for checkup.
However he didn’t make it out of the hospital alive. Following his death Davido has taken it upon himself to be responsible for Abdulmalik.
He ensured that Malik was enrolled at Adeleke University, paid his way through school and ensured he lack nothing.
Malik the only son of Obama DMW is now a graduate of Engineering. Congratulations to him.
