“It changed everything,” Hogan told Harvey Levin, the founder of TMZ, and executive producer Charles Latibeaudiere.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, admitted to bingeing on junk food and overeating as a result of his drinking.

He observed significant improvements after cutting out booze and junk food and focusing on daily exercise.

“I wasn’t eating late at night anymore, and I wasn’t eating junk food.” “I dropped 40 pounds almost immediately,” Hogan told the newspaper.

The wrestler claimed that he realized he needed to make a change after his drinking and binge eating began to affect his joints.
