Scott told Rick Elsen, a TV chat show host, that he earned $8,000 for his work on the film, which grossed $235 million at the box office.

In the interview, the actor admitted that it “was a lot of money for me at the time” and that he’d overspent.

“I remember afterwards I bought a used Thunderbird for like $5000 or maybe $6000, I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, baby’,” he said. “I don’t know what happened to the other $2000 because I ended up having to work at the LA Zoo as a churro guy, so maybe it was even less than $8000.”

He has also appeared in the films Dude, Where’s My Car?, Final Destination, Road Trip, Evolution, The Dukes of Hazzard, Mr Woodcock, and Role Models. He played Crash in four Ice Age animated feature films and two Ice Age television specials.

The franchise also starred Eugene Levy, Chris Klein, Alyson Hannigan, Natasha Lyonne, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, Eddie Kaye Thomas, and Jennifer Coolidge, in addition to Scott and Biggs.
