Alesh Sanni Ola, a Nollywood actor based in the United States, has described how traveling outside of Nigeria impacted his life.
This follows a Twitter user’s assertion that many Nigerians living overseas are no better than those who have never left the country.
Except for images taken in the snow, many people have returned to Nigeria after 20 years abroad to discover they have not developed any farther than their peers, according to the man.

Reacting to this, Alesh urged the man to speak for himself and stop generalising, adding that his life is now better after leaving Nigeria.
