Funke Akindele, a famous Nollywood actress turned politician, makes her first public appearance since her mother’s death on Saturday, glamsquad reports

The mother of two was apprehended while on her way to perform civic duties with her crew.
Funke Akindele, who has been active on social media since her mother’s death, was photographed while performing civic duties at her polling unit in Lagos with her crew.
In a post on her Instagram page, the actress urged Nigerians to go out and exercise their civic rights.
“My vote will be counted,” she wrote. I had just voted. Nigeria, may God bless you. “May God bless us all.”
Remember that Funke’s mother died on February 7th, according to an official statement posted on Instagram by the actress’s sister, Olubunmi Akindele.
Funke has not made any public appearances since the incident.
