“O dear! We just lost a great industry Practitioner, Wale Fanu. One of those who stood firmly by the burgeoning Motion Picture Industry back in the day. One of the pioneers who actually defined who we were, and who we would turn out to be. He helped in no small way to set up the defining moments, the platform, and the agenda for what a lot of people enjoy today. Wale was a very good man, a gentleman who always kept his word. He was a professional to the core. We shall miss him terribly. I shall miss him more. May his kind soul rest in perfect peace.”
