In today’s edition of fashion evaluation, we will be talking about Nigerian Singer, Tiwa Savage.
Tiwa Savage is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who was born on 5 February 1980. She was born in Isale Eko and moved to London when she was 11 years old to pursue her secondary education. She started her music career five years later by providing backing vocals for performers like Mary J. Blige and George Michael.
Savage joined Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2009 after finishing his studies at Berklee College of Music and competing on The X Factor UK. Savage relocated back to Nigeria and signed with Mavin Records in 2012 after being motivated by the expansion of the Nigerian music industry. She appeared on the 2012 compilation album Solar Plexus from the label.
Savage gave Ndani Sessions a rendition of “Arise, O Compatriots” in honor of the 52nd anniversary of Nigeria’s independence.

She co-wrote the Ovation Red Carol theme song, “Higher,” alongside Waje, Praiz, Timi Dakolo, and Pamela Egoh in November 2012. In 2010, Savage began work on her first studio album, Once Upon a Time.
