Comedian and actor, Debo Adebayo also known by his stage name Mr. Macaroni, has openly stated his support for Labour Party presidential candidate Mr. Peter Gregory Obi in the approaching 2023 general elections.
Mr. Macaroni, a human rights activist who has been vocal in the run-up to the election, announced on his Twitter page that while he can’t make any Nigerian vote for a particular candidate, he will cast his vote for Peter Obi regardless of whatever.
He wrote: “I do not and will not campaign for Politicians. I cannot force or beg any Nigerian to vote for a particular candidate but come 2023, the person that I will cast my vote for is Peter Obi!! And that is final on this matter!! Enough is Enough!!!”.
