Anita earlier shared transformation photos of herself ‘before and after’ surgery. Many wondered how she shedded such heavy weight within a short period.

According to the stand-up comedian, her decision to undergo surgery was not her wish. Her decision was informed by the various health challenges she was experiencing; it got to a stage when it became a matter of life and death.
Plus size people are prone to experiencing cardiovascular disease. There will be cases of discomfort, severe headache and back pains before it becomes life threatening and the only escape is a weight loss surgery.
Realwarri Pikin is not the first Nigerian celebrity to undergo weight loss surgery. Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus underwent a gastric bypass in an hospital in Turkey.
