Dr. Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), has stated that it was not his intention to embarrass one of his members, Ms Anyim Veronica Nnenna, who testified yesterday (Sunday) at the Glory Dome Abuja about how God helped her graduate with a law degree after ten years.
According to reports, Nigerians have pressured Enenche to apologise to Ms Anyim for accusing her of sharing fake testimony.
In a video that went viral on Sunday, the woman, Anyim Vera, mounted the altar of the popular church in Abuja to deliver her experience of how she became the first graduate in her family, recounting that no one in her family had completed secondary school.
Sylvester Edoh, Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Senior Pastor, Dunamis Int’l Gospel Centre, in Abuja, addressed the situation in a statement on Monday, confirming that she graduated with a law degree. It also stated that the Senior Pastor expressed worry and had reached out to her.
