The Fashion Awards, an annual event created by the British Fashion Council aimed at celebrating the industry’s brightest talents in design, business and modeling, announced its 2018 nominees on Tuesday. Partnering once again with Swarovski, the Fashion Awards will honor the winners — which will be voted on by over 2,000 industry players from 32 different countries — at a swanky gala on December 10 at Royal Albert Hall in London. The ceremony exists in part to raise money for the BFC’s Education Foundation, which supports emerging fashion talent.
“The Fashion Awards in partnership with Swarovski recognize creativity and innovation in fashion, celebrating exceptional individuals whose imagination and creativity has broken new ground in fashion globally over the past 12 months as well as brands and businesses that have transformed the possibilities of fashion today,” the British Fashion Council said in a release.
