According to TMZ, Caleb’s stepmother, Shirley Willingham, confirmed the tragic news but could not provide any specifics or a cause of death.
Caleb, often known as “Killa K” or “Double K,” appeared on the reality show alongside Tammy, charting their continual fight with weight. They met in a rehab clinic in Ohio where they were receiving treatment for obesity in 2022, and they married that same year.
Caleb and Tammy divorced in May because he was not adhering to his diet, and Tammy was apparently preparing to file for divorce before his death.
