Nollywood has once again lost one of its great icons, Dejumo Lewis.
Lewis, who is notable for his roles in “A Place in the Stars”, ‘Crossroads’, ‘Power of 1’, and most especially for portraying the Kabiyesi character in ‘The Village Headmaster,’ passed away at age eighty.
Hi colleague, Saidi Balogun took to his Instagram page to confirm the death of Lewis. He bade him goodbye while praying for his soul to rest in peace.
“Good night DEJUMO LEWIS, may your soul rest in perfect peace”.

While the exact cause of his passing remains unconfirmed, numerous actors have expressed their grief on social media.
