Media personality and actress, Toke Makinwa has responded to a troll who made fun of her for not being married.
The troll identified as Nelson Oluu stated that the media personality has passed the single era and is now in her unmarried era.
“You have passed single era oh, you are now Unmarried”.
In response, Toke confidently stated that God would fulfil her desires and that her troll would still be around to congratulate her.
In another tweet, Toke noted that if she were to curse him now, people would accuse her of being unkind, so she’s choosing to send him love and positivity instead.
“God will do my own and you’ll be alive to congratulate me. Happy Sunday o. If I curse am now, you’ll say I’m mean. Love n light”.
Glamsquad recalls that Toke Makinwa was previously married to fitness expert Maje Ayinde, but their marriage ended in 2016 after two years due to adultery.
Speaking about her unsuccessful marriage, Toke highlighted how she was unfairly held responsible for the marriage’s breakdown, despite her ex-husband fathering a child with another woman. She shared that people had varying perceptions of her marriage, which left her feeling traumatized as she saw herself as the victim.
Even after her divorce, Toke expressed her willingness to remarry, announcing during her 35th birthday celebration that she was prepared to embrace marriage once again.
She emphasized that it would be her final year as a single woman and confidently stated that she was prepared to open her heart to love and marriage
