A Nigerian man created a false account in the name of Ghanaian rapper and artist Black Sherif and wrote a comment under his name that has the potential to sour the huge love Nigerians have shown him in recent days for his hit song ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ (KKT).
The tweep had manufactured an Instagram story that appeared to be a “reaction” from Black Sherif to the Nigerian music singer, Davido, in the midst of fans begging Nigerian musician Davido to jump on the remix of the big single.
When Sherif noticed the falsehood, he reacted quickly and inquired why the individual would go to such lengths to ruin his image.
The mastermind behind the bogus account whose Twitter handle si Starboy Ali, afterwards quoted Black Sherif’s tweet with the most famous sentence in ‘Kwaku The Traveller,’ feeling regretful for the damage he is inflicting to Black Sherif.
