Music legend, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, stirred up a frenzy with his appearance at the Edo State Assembly.
Following his recent split from his wife and mother of two of his children, rumors have been swirling about his alleged romance with Edo State politician, Natasha Osawaru.
Fueling speculation, the 2Baba was spotted at the Assembly in the morning of 10th February 2025. In a viral clip, he was seen taking his seat as onlookers eagerly gathered to catch a glimpse of him.

Last month, 2Baba shocked fans by announcing his separation from his wife of over a decade, Annie Idibia, via Instagram. He revealed that they had been apart for some time and were on the brink of divorce, promising to share his side of the story in a press release.
After his announcement, gossip blogger Cutie Julls alleged that 2Baba had moved on with Edo State politician, Honorable Natasha Osawaru.
Amid the swirling rumors, Natasha took drastic steps online—she disabled her comment section, archived her posts, and appears to have deactivated her Instagram page. However, eagle-eyed netizens who visited her profile earlier noticed that 2Baba had been liking her posts since 2022.
Just a day before announcing his separation, 2Baba made a cryptic remark while performing at the 65th Anniversary and Mega Reunion of Christ Apostolic Grammar School Old Students Association (CAGSOSA). He told the audience that while his wife, Annie, was at home, he was still searching—fueling speculation about trouble in their marriage.
In another moment from the event, the singer jokingly addressed his past, stating that he no longer impregnates women recklessly. His comment sparked laughter from the crowd.
