Simisola Kosoko, better known as Simi, a popular musician, has stated that her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication is not a “waste.”

According to report, Simi earned a Mass Communication degree from the elite Covenant University before ditching her diploma for the microphone.
Simi, on the other hand, has asserted that her degree “did not go to waste” despite the fact that she has not used the credential or been hired by any media company.
Simi, clearly impressed by how she communicates through her songs and social media, resorted to Twitter to boast, “At least my Mass Comm degree did not go to waste.”
Over the years, a diverse range of Nigerian entertainers who are lawyers, doctors, and engineers have come forward to explain that they gave up their academic credentials to pursue their passion.
