Veteran Nollywood top star, John Ikechukwu Okafor, often known as Mr. Ibu, is scheduled to be released from the hospital after being admitted for several days due to illness.
It will be remembered that the actor was reportedly admitted to the hospital after suffering from a sudden sickness. In a video, the actor claimed that he was poisoned at an event in Abuja by someone or some individuals.
He also revealed that his social media and bank accounts had been hacked by unknown individuals, who are now seeking donations on his behalf without his permission.
Mr. Ibu stated on his sickbed that he has not asked anyone to donate money to him in order to pay for his hospital bills, so anyone who wishes to donate money to him should contact him or his wife for the necessary details and not listen to anyone claiming these donations in his name on social media.
He also denied allegations that he was in critical condition, claiming that he can walk normally and perform other things without the assistance of others.
Finally, the actor is set to be released from the hospital as he receives his final haircut before saying goodbye to his sickbed and resuming his usual and healthy self.
