'I'm being framed for Mohbad's death, the police didn’t invite me before declaring me wanted' - Primeboy spills

Primeboy, the childhood friend of late singer, Mohbad has revealed shocking mysteries behind  turning himself over to the police.

Glamsquad reported that Lagos State Police Command declared Primeboy wanted on the 4th of October over the investigation into the untimely death of singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad. They also place a bounty of one million naira oh him.

Subsequently, Primeboy turned himself in and currently in police custody.

In an exclusive interview with TVC News, Primeboy disclosed that he was never invited by the police and was shocked he was declared wanted.

He further spoke to his lawyer and family and he presented himself for interrogation.

Speaking further, Primeboy stated that Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi is trying to frame him up.

According to him, he accompanied late Mohbad to perform a day before his death at at event on Sunday. However, the singer chased him out of the car at a particular location called Town Hall after he and his wife got into an argument and were having a hidden conversation.

Primeboy referred to the deceased singer as more than just a friend but as his everything. He denied reports suggesting that he was present when the singer passed away.

“That’s a big lie, there is no way I will receive a message from the police and I will refuse them. Before being declared wanted I wanted to turn myself in – I mean to explain myself at the station because started accusing me wrongly.

People that I called said I should chill, I shouldn’t go anywhere, and should wait for them to invite me. So I kept waiting and suddenly I found myself wanted online yesterday. People started calling me that N1 million for anyone who finds me and I was shocked and surprised. I called my lawyer and family and they said I should calm down and that nothing would happen, so far I know nothing about it.

Mohbad is my childhood friend, those days when his stepmother didn’t care about him, I was his stepmother, dad, friend, and everything to him.

He lived with me then and my mum fed two of us together.

I wasn’t with him when he died, because we departed after his show on Sunday.

He chased me out of the car that day because he and his wife were having a hidden conversation, it was his family affair.

They don’t even know how I feel losing him and now they are now accusing me, the feeling is crãzy. I know God sees it all.

I want justice for Mohbad and I want his wife to stop framing me online, that’s wrong”.
