Anthony Victor, aka Victony, a Nigerian singer, has revealed that he was in a coma for three to four days after being involved in an auto accident in 2021, glamsquad reports

In 2021, Victony narrowly escaped death in a horrific car accident that killed one and injured three. He was in a wheelchair for about a year after the accident.
In the latest episode of the Tea with Tay audiovisual podcast, the ‘Soweto’ crooner recounted the tragic experience, saying he remembered leaving the club.
“I slept off just leaving the club, on our way back,” he explained. I was exhausted. That was my first time outside up until that point. So I slept it off.
“I awoke in the hospital with my father.” ‘What’s going on?’ I wondered. Because my parents were unaware that I was in Lagos. So I was thinking, ‘Why is my father here?’ And he said I’d be out for 3 or 4 days.”
When he awoke from his coma, he was told that another car had hit their vehicle from behind.
“I heard the impact was from behind us, like another car hit us.” The driver and the other passenger in the front were unharmed. We had two in the back and two in the front. So, the guy next to me [in the back] died, and I broke my legs,” Victony recalled.
