Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh has once again called out the Nigerian Police Force over late singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji better known as Mohbad.
Requesting the release of the singer’s body for burial, Tonto conveyed her weariness and dissatisfaction with their exhaustion and lack of care.
She stated that if someone speaks up, she will too because she has put a lot of her feelings, time, and love into this and wants to see justice happen.
Tonto also noted how she, as well as other lovers of Mohbad, have given the Nigerian police time as she made them know that his case isn’t one to be swept under the rug.
“Give us Mohbad for a befitting burial. We are tired of your carelessness and slowness. If no one speaks I will, I have invested too much of my emotions, my time, and my love to see this justice go through. Like QM says give the police more time. Honestly, we have given you all the more time than necessary. This is not the case to be swept under.
We want Justice”.
Glamsquad recalls that Tonto penned a touching note to Mohbad, expressing that many hearts are still deeply saddened by his passing.
The single mother shared that she danced to his songs and shed a few tears, not from sorrow, but in recognition of the positive impact his light would bring to everyone.
She conveyed her love for him and assured him that in the upcoming days, he would find peace, as she pledged to make sure he receives justice.
