The lawyer of Afrobeat singer, Davido has issued a cease and desist letter to his colleague Dammy Krane over defamatory statements and cyberbullying.
In the letter, Chikaosolu Ojukwu, SAN, gave Dammy Krane 24 hours to retract all offensive publications against Davido on his social media handles.
The embattled singer was also asked to refrain from further publication of defamatory statements against Davido on any platform or risk facing legal actions.

The lawsuit came hours after Dammy Krane called Davido murderer while reacting to his upcoming nuptial.
