Coming after his reported invitation buy the EFCC, Big Brother Naija’s Frodd, has decided to stand behind alleged tax evader, and money launderer, Obi Cubana.
Glamsquad Magazine recalls that on Monday, November 1st, 2021, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission detained Obinna Iyiegbu, alias Obi Cubana, for money laundering.
The Anambra-born club owner was probed by EFCC operatives when he arrived at the commission’s offices in Jabi, Abuja, at midday on Monday.
Though details about the claims against the socialite were scarce at the time of publication, a source said his case included alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

Since then, many Nigerians and friends of the socialite have expressed their displeasure with her detention, and BBNaija’s Frodd has dropped his.
Frodd took to his Instagram page and wrote, ““When a good man is hurt, all who would be called good must hurt with him.” – Euripides I stand with you , All is Well !”
