AFRIMEK Issues public statement over Femi Adebayo's controversy with Bobrisky

The Association of Yoruba African Men Entertainment Kings better known as AFRIMEK released a public statement on the controversy surrounding Femi Adebayo.

In a public statement issued by PRO Adeniyi Johnson, the association stood by Femi Adebayo, their Mayor, highlighting his integrity, class, and honor. They emphasized how the actor upholds positive values and etiquette expected of all individuals.

The association clarified that Femi Adebayo was solely tasked with announcing the winner for Best Dressed at the event and was not involved in the selection process.

AFRIMEK emphasized that the entertainment industry thrives on creativity and generates business strategies, resulting in the anticipated buzz.

AFRIMEK highlighted that Femi Adebayo, due to his religious beliefs, particularly during the holy month, would not have been involved in such activities.

Femi Adebayo has continued to face severe online criticism following his announcement of crossdresser Bobrisky as the Best Dressed Female winner at Eniola Ajao’s movie premiere.

His colleague, Dayo Amusa has been at logger heads with him.
