Koko Stores, UK based fashion brand launches in Nigeria

Koko Stores and Koko TV officially launched in Nigeria yesterday 13th June 2016 at a press brunch.

The UK based fashion and lifestyle brand unveiled its online site at the brief introduction to press yesterday revealing an exciting addition of a list of African/Nigerian fashion designers to the brands set to be available for shopping on the site.

The fashion brand also unveiled its TV channel which records snippets from fashion weeks all around the world.

Koko Stores has an array of products in different categories; Little Koko, Miss Koko and Koko Black Label to satisfy individual needs and budget with delivery to different parts of the world.

Revealing the brunch will be a monthly event, the brand’s Creative Director Zainab Yuguda and Assistant Editor Fatima Yusuf introduced the brand with snippets from last London Fashion Week.

The brand manager Abay Ojoye revealed the 5-year old brand started off in the UK to fill the void of making quality style pieces available. “Koko Stores is a luxury brand set to challenge the status quo, a bespoke platform to export African fashion” Ojoye said.

Koko Stores revealed Nigerian designers will be carried on the online store based on quality, sizing with everything put in place to compete with international standards.

Purely online for now, the brand prides itself with being the one to make a mix of  western and African style pieces with the brand boasting of a TV that covers fashion weeks around the world to show even more fashion association.
