Former Cross Rivers state governor, Donald Duke, serenades his grand daughter, Minika, with his saxophone as she turns 3.
Minika is celebrating her 3rd birthday today, February 18th, 2022.
Donald Duke is a politician from Nigeria. He served as Governor of Cross River State, Nigeria, from May 29, 1999 until May 29, 2007, and is the Social Democratic Party’s (SDP) presidential candidate in 2019.
