Jaywon’s music signs first act

As his own way of giving back to the society, former Kennis Music act, Jaywon, has officially signed his first act to his newly launched record label, Nextworld music.
Jaywon, last Tuesday, welcomed Bayelsa born singer, Desmond Idubamo Jonah, better known as Twist Da Fireman, to his imprint.
Twist, an InfoTech graduate of Sikkim Manipal University, Ghana disclosed that he is thoroughly set for the industry and the challenges ahead. Being signed on the label, he said, will increase his fan base aid his growth because he will be working with the right hands.
Twist Da Fireman officially broke into the music industry in 2013 when he moved to Lagos. But it wasn’t until 2014, when he made a cross-over to the Lagos music scene with his mid-tempo Summer Jam, Pause It that the budding star got the media sphere buzzing.
The artiste has also worked with some of the best hands in Ghana especially the likes of Trigmatic, Rachael and Kessi.
Twist Da Fireman has been described as a splendid vocalist who oozes versatility as his unique sound blends Dance-hall, Afrobeat, R&B and Reggae into one tightly knit package.
His songs span from ballads full of depth, sometimes to controversial subject matter as well as, as his Dance-hall tendency implies, songs that are just meant to get you in the mood for the groove.
