This is rare for a singer to get a public holiday while she is still alive. This declaration by Governor Mark Dayton has gotten mixed reactions. While Beyonce fans are happy with it, some fans of the recently deceased musician Prince are outraged that Prince which is from the same State of Minnesota is yet to receive honour from the Governor.
While the haters she got from releasing the song formation are angry that Beyonce shouldn’t be given honour because they feel the song is anti police.
Anyway, how cool is that? Her own official holiday. Way to go Queen!
