Etiko was born in the Nigerian community of Udi in the Enugu State. In Enugu State, she attended both primary and secondary school. She completed her higher education in Anambra state. Etiko, who was born in Enugu state, currently lives there and has done so throughout the course of her acting career, in contrast to what has been the norm in the Nigerian film business, which is moving to Lagos state in order to flourish as a creative.
