BBNaija season 7 winner, Phyna took to social media to cry out about her mental health.
Taking to her Instagram story, Phyna who has been in the news lately stated that she is going through a difficult phase. She also stated that what she is going through is bigger than her.
“I’m going through hell of shits. The internal battles I’m fighting are way bigger than me. Very honestly, for the very first time, my mental health is at stake.”
Phyna’s post comes weeks after her father, Mr Otabor in an interview with The Punch Newspaper, accused her of neglecting him and other family members following her victory in the 2022 BBNaija competition.
A few months back, Phyna publicly shared her opinion about Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
In a video shared on social media by the entrepreneur, she publicly declared that the show is too toxic.
Phyna became the second female to win the reality TV show after Mercy Eke.
She walked away with a N100 million grand prize after emerging as the winner of the ‘Level Up’ edition in 2022. Read here
